YOU ARE OUR COMMITEE
:: TROOP 382 COMMITEE::
ALL ARE WELCOME!
Reaching the rank of "EAGLE" is a very difficult achievement. It
becomes doubly as hard without parent involvement. Your help is
always welcome and its not that hard. Here's how you can help.
1. First off show interest in your sons progress. Help him stay
motivated and let us know if you see problems. In a large group of
young men, ages ranging from 10 to 18, there is always the
possibility of conflict. We will not tolerate disrespect.
2. Offer your expertise, what ever that might be. There is a merit
badge for just about any profession or interest one can imagine.
What lessons can you add to our Troop?
3. GO CAMPING! There is no question that our adults have a great
time camping. We eat like kings and laugh like fools.
4. There are many administrative positions that can use you help.
In short become a part of our Troop. Every little bit helps.
Joining a Scout Troop in no way guarantees a boy will reach the rank of Eagle. National statistics show that on average two out of every one hundred scouts obtains this lofty goal. However no matter how high your son advances one thing for sure is, he will learn much and have a great time doing so.
